» Appearance Description:  (Holding a few minor differences however. Firstly, Hikari's hair is actually colored a light icy cyan blue with white highlights. Secondly, she normally wears leggings that cover her entire leg. Next, Hikari's dress falls just above her knees as to not look well... desperate for attention. Lastly, she normally the same top outfit except colored in a darker cyan blue with light grey snow designs).

» Personality: Hikari Kaiyō, a girl who literally seeks perfection in just about everything she does.. well not exactly one-hundred perfection, more like she will do everything that can possibly be done to make whatever Hikari is doing as neat or perfect as possible. Literally somewhat of an extremist in these terms, Hikari will cross just about any and every boundary to get her tasks done and knows essentially no limit with her intellect. No this does not mean that Hikari will cross sexual boundaries, she knows some type of limit in terms of dignity but will not hesitate to flirt with males to get the help she desires. Hikari tends to really not speak out against others, as intellectual and bright she may appear to be, Hikari will kind of shy away if there are way too many people around her. This can only be combated by the fact that she plays Tennis in front of others constantly and is only comfortable in front of large groups of people while playing Tennis. Friendly yet closed, Hikari does not really trust anybody except for her best friend: Rei Kurai, her Brain Burst Guardian.

» History: 
    Born into a middle class family that specialized in Tennis, also happening to be the daughter of the #2 Tennis Player in the World, placed a lot of pressure upon the shoulders of Hikari. Since Hikari has been able to walk, she was taught by her father to play Tennis to the best of her capabilities. Though due to this, Hikari was able to win many Junior and Youth Tournaments since a young age, has earned herself the nickname of Shianyukihime and essentially was on the road to becoming a pro-tennis player. During the summer of Hikari's first year in high school, she and her family traveled to her father's beach house in San Diego, California. Where Hikari was struck by lightning, and just barely surviving it thanks to the immediate treatment of the hospital when her family called for emergency services. Weirdly, word spread around in Hikari's high school that she was struck by lightning, and without mercy or knowledge of how this was leaked: Hikari was essentially picked on for her so-called unwise decesion to vacation over there during a rainstorm.

    Forced in rehabilitation that entire year, Hikari seemed to lose the warm and friendly light that she once radiated. This lead to her best friend, Rei Kurai making a turn of events for the better, comforting Hikari to the best of her abilities and eventually offering a game that could literally shatter her reality. Accepting the offer, Hikari had successfully installed Brain Burst, a game that would supposedly change her life for better or for worse, depending on how she used it. The night she recieved this game, an intense yet fairly simple nightmare ensued: The sky was storm grey, Hikari was standing in the beach in normal Tennis Clothing and felt the nice breeze of a soon to come storm despite having an intense fear of them. People soon appeared, these were the people who bashed Hikari after coming back from vacation. It became apparent that immediately after these faces appeared, lightning struck two meters away from Hikari eight sepeate times and created a charred circle around her persona. Kneeling down, covering her face that was filled with tears and fear, Hikari simply made a simple yet intense wish: Keep me away from these people! Don't let them come near me! Just let me hear the Thunder Roar! After this simple and intense sentence, a metallic and mechanical voice reached out to Hikari's dreams as the image went pitch black save for the kanji colored Fresh Blood Red saying and asking: Is that what you truly want?

» Appearance: In all reality, Hikari simply changed her hair color to that of Fresh Blood Red, while actually wearing much more casual clothing in the form of Jeans, a Red Blazer and a light sweater.

» Duel-Avatar Name: Prominence Lightning
» Color: Prominence Red
» Appearance: Looking very similar to the Red King: Scarlet Rain from the Accel World Anime, Prominence Lightning stands at a petite height of five feet and five inches. Hikari's duel avatar seems to carry the same features as Scarlet Rain, but there are also some slight differences to the Hikari's duel avatar as compared to Scarlet Rain. One is that her eyes are a cold Icy Blue that sometimes change into a Snow White glare when in brighter arenas. Another is that Hikari's avatar actually carries hair that is somehow darker than ripe strawberries, more or less specifically Fresh Blood Red that reaches down just half way down her back. One more distinct difference is that Prominence Lightning actually has some type of Lightning Designs in the form of Tribal Markings around her entire right arm on the top, which extends out to her middle and upper back creating a kind of Dragon of Lightning. As of now, those markings are just for show and are essentially covered by her hair and potentially will prove to be nothing more than just show in the long run. However, one cannot fully say for sure, it is also possible that those tribal markings contain a vast amount of power within them just waiting to be unlocked.
» Combat Style: Due to Hikari's insanely yet abnormally high Intellectual Value, she will literally fight in a calculated manner that involves manipulating her opponent into doing what she wants them to do for the most part. This usually involves thinking at least two to three steps ahead at the minimum against anybody she fights, and Hikari will not hesitate to actually use her environment to get how she wants her fights to go.

• Thunder Crasher: Prominence Lightning is armed with a semi-automatic pistol that shoots out rounds of Pure Lightning. Loaded naturally with 15 rounds so that she isn't completely helpless, reload time takes about 3 seconds after using all 20 rounds. The lightning rounds are capable of piercing through thin walls and metal objects to deal lesser damage but still pull off surprise factor attacks. Contacting a Metal Object, whether it be a wall, floor, anything in general: will conduct electricity and deal 0.25x the Normal Damage. Normal bullets from a semi-automatic pistol travel at a range of 500 ft. per second as well.

» Skill Set:
+ Name: Insulator [Normal Passive Skill]
+ Cost: No Cost
+ Description: Prominence Lightning naturally has better defenses against Electric-Type Attacks from other Avatars which would increase her defenses by +2 specifically only for Electric-Type Based Attacks. This is a continuously active skill, and ONLY applies to attacks that are Lightning/Electric-Based.

» Finisher:
+ Name: Burst Stream [Killer Move]
+ Cost: 100%
+ Description: Believe it or not, this isn't a very powerful Killer Move. What it simply does is that it shoots out a solid bullet that is cloaked in thin white fire that travels approximately 800 ft. per second and will travel at most 10 meters. Also, it adds +3 to her Ranged Firepower for a Time Limit of 30 Seconds and nothing more.

» Perks: Normally, Hikari when choosing perks, will usually decide what she needs the most. And will vary depending on the opponents that Hikari has fought in order to obtain that Level Up. Though she will prefer for the most part: Either a Balanced Spread, or Focus slightly more on Ranged Firepower and Accuracy.

Hey Hikari the character is looking phenomenal! However there were a few things in there that I saw that seemed a bit well... strong. So if you are willing to fix these things than I would more than happily accept this character!
lower the rounds your pistol can hold from 20 to 15
Lower the damage done from the electric splash after contact with metal from 0.9x to 0.25x which is still fairly generous considering how many things in the battle fields and the sort that are actually made out of metal.
Lastly the finisher. 1200 ft/s is impossible to dodge by all but Black Lotus. So you can either keep that and lower your ranged firepower buff(which is basically a free level up, which is huge for a buff) from 3 to 1 or just have the ranged firepoower buff without the electric shot.
